1. How early do I need to place an order?

Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance and subject to our availability. However, we encourage customers to place an order early for us to ensure sufficient time to prepare your bakes.

2. How do the order system works?

Select the product and its options and you will be able to see the pricing. Add product to cart, and follow the checkout instructions. Kindly check that your email address, contact number and all information is accurate for us to process your orders. All order payments to be made in full, and we accept Paypal and Credit Cards. All payments made online are secured and encrypted.

3. How to store the bakes if I am collecting in advance?

Please store the products in refrigerator, all bakes are freshly prepared and can last at least 24-48 hours after collection.

4. Do you accept last-minute orders?

Yes, we do, but subject to availability. For urgent orders, send us a Whatsapp message to +65 87003352.

5. What are the flavours available for customized cakes?

Classic Flavours: Chocolate Fudge, Classic Vanilla

Premium Flavours (Top-up): Red Velvet, Choc Mint Chip, S'mores, Choc Sea Salt Caramel, Cookies 'n' Cream, Strawberry, Earl Grey

6. What are the sizes of your cakes?

Single-tier: Small 6" (6-8pax) , Medium 8" (8-14pax), Large 10" (18-20 pax)

2-tier: 4"+6" Small (10-14pax), 2-tier 6"+8" Medium (20-30pax), 2-tier 8"+10" Large (30-40pax)

7. What are the self-collection and delivery timings?

For self pick-up of product, please arrange the preferred date and time of pick-up with us beforehand. Self pick-up is available 10am to 7pm on Tues-Sat, and 10am to 3pm on Sun.

For delivery, we use a designated courier company. Please arrange the preferred date and time of pick-up with us beforehand. Delivery is available from Mon-Sun, 1030am to 630pm. Our courier service will take all reasonable measures to deliver products on or before the time for delivery set out in our order confirmation, please allow a 20 minutes buffer time in case of traffic conditions.

8. How do I communicate the design of cake that I want for customized cakes?

Our preferred method of communication is via email or Whatsapp. Please provide us an image of the design for us to provide an accurate quotation.

9. Can I write a personalized message on the cake?

Most of our cake designs do not have sufficient space for long messages. However, we do include fondant names and age. For cake toppers like "Happy Birthday" etc, they are available as top-ups to the cake.

10. Do you have special dietary cakes and halal-certification?

As of March 2018, we provide vegan/vegetarian, eggless and gluten-free cake options to cater for our special dietary customers. However, do note that the premises is not 100% gluten-free or nut-free. 

We do not use pork, lard, alcohol in our bakes and thus is suitable for childcare and schools. However, we do not have the certification.
