Styling: This Jelly cake is done agar agar style and decorated with jelly roses. It is wrapped with ribbon in a bouquet design. Visually beautiful and romantic cake,

Roses will be arranged in a random colour to present a bright bouquet.

This cake is not customisable.

A 3 days advance order is required for this cake. Please take note as this does not follow our date picking.

This product is done by a trusted partner that has many years of jelly making.

Self-Collection is not recommended as it is very fragile during transportation. Please note we will not be responsible for product damage for self-collection, once it has left our shop.

Flavour: The jelly is "Agar Agar" and has a refreshing light taste of coconut and longan flavour. it is made not to be too sweet and lighter in taste.

Cake Sizes: Small 6" (8-10pax) , Medium 8" (12-14pax)

Ingredients: Coconut, Longan, Agar Powder, Sugar, Food-grade colouring

Cake Care:

All cakes are packaged in a white cake box with a cake board 2"-4" larger than the diameter of the cake.
During transportation, please keep and hold cake on a flat surface
Keep cool and refrigerated, avoid direct sun
Cakes styled with fruits/edible flowers are best eaten within 24 hours of pick-up
Some cakes may contain inedible materials to hold the decorations.
Do not store cake in freezer. If you are consuming your cake in a restaurant, kindly inform the restaurant. Storing cake in a freezer can drastically affect the taste and softness of the cake.
