👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Are you a mum or dad looking an activity with your kids together during this year's school holiday and Christmas period?

Join our special Japanese Traditional sweets hand-on class on 30th Nov and 20th Dec for a good bonding time and learn more new knowledge about Japanese culture.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to cook wagashi dough (Instructor Demo)
  • How to color dough
  • How to divide dough
  • How to wrapping  stuffing / HouAn 
  • How to use modeling tools
  • How to cut dough
  • How to make swirl
  • How to make small parts and all the necessary techniques to make dog, cat and Yule Log as photo shows

Course Features:

  • Specially invite local experienced and talented WAGASHI instructor.
  • All ingredients and tools will be provided
  • You will bring total 6 works home ( parent x3 and kid x3)
  • Ingredients only white/red bean paste, caster sugar, glutinous rice flour and Natural food color 
  • No oil, no egg, no milk, low sugar, vagan
  • Special Wagashi  box will be provided 
  • Certificate of attendance will be provided for both parents and kids
  • Language: English, Chinese, Japanese and Cantonese

Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum 3 groups to start a class, maximum class size 5 groups
  • Kids 5 years+ 
  • Additional $50/pax  for one more kid or parent
  • RAB reserves the right to change date of class due to unforeseen circumstances
